4 On The High Street – Dog Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending an event at 4 On The High Street, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission
- Entry is by valid ticket only.
- Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.

2. Dog Behaviour & Control
- All dogs must be well behaved, friendly, and comfortable around people and other dogs.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times unless otherwise advised by event staff.
- Owners must keep their dogs under control at all times.
- Excessive barking, aggression, or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave the event without refund.

3. Owner Responsibility
- Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour and welfare at all times.
- Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately. Waste bins will be provided where possible.
- Any damage caused by a dog is the responsibility of the owner.

4. Health & Safety
- Dogs attending must be fit and healthy.
- Dogs should be up to date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatment.
- Puppies should be fully vaccinated before attending.
- Female dogs in season must not attend.

5. Liability
- 4 On The High Street accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage to dogs, owners, or property while attending the event.
- Attendees participate at their own risk.

6. Staff & Venue Rules
- All instructions given by staff or event organisers must be followed.
- If a dog or owner is considered to be causing a safety risk or disturbance, the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask them to leave.

7. Photography & Social Media
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to images of you and your dog being used by 4 On The High Street on social media and marketing materials.

8. Ticket Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
- Tickets may not be resold without permission from the organiser.

9. Right to Amend
- 4 On The High Street reserves the right to amend these terms or event details where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
