Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Because we stock different makers items, we can only exchange like for like within the same business and returns may vary maker to maker.

Do you take custom orders?

We accept custom orders for Bejeweluxe, however we advise to contact individual makers about their specific products. Some are happy to have special items collected from and paid for in store.
